This PQ Bootcamp session is a scholarship based session reserved specifically for persons of color (POC) and/or LGBTQ+ persons. If you are interested in applying for this PQ Bootcamp click here to complete the registration form by October 28, 2020. Candidates will receive notice of their application status on November 1, 2020, and must be prepared to complete the onboarding video, download two applications, and take one five-minute assessment before the first meeting on November 3 at 4:30 pm.
Positive Intelligence 7-Week Program
Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur). Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, or worry. Your Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action. The relative strength of your positive Sage versus negative Saboteurs is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient). PQ is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It's the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential. You can boost your PQ significantly with the right tools and with an expert coach to help you navigate the journey to unlock your potential.

Designed like a physical fitness bootcamp, the PQ Program gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to practice 15 minutes per day for 7-weeks. The program combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles. The course includes:
- Online personal assessment to address your self-sabotage language
- Weekly LIVE group coaching sessions (via Zoom) on Tuesday's from 4:30 - 5:30 pm PDT
- Online community group and support (through exclusive and private community portal)
- Weekly one-hour video sessions to build the foundations of mental fitness
- Personalized App includes daily exercises while tracking your progress
Participants will meet online every Tuesday from 4:30 - 5:30 pm PDT (November 3, 10, 17, 24; and December 1, 8, and 15).
